Recently we received many requests regarding the refunds on the PURITO sunscreen products - we heard your concerns.
We want to keep the communication channels open and offer you full refunds for the following products, purchased within the last six (6) months, dated from June 1, 2020, to December 9, 2020.
- PURITO Centella Green Level Unscented Sun
- PURITO Centella Green Level Safe Sun
- PURITO Comfy Water Sun Block
Purchase is eligible for a refund if:
- the transaction was made from June 1, 2020, to December 9, 2020;
- the refund request has been made by December 31, 2020 11:59 PM KST;
- you have the receipt and/or proof of purchase.
If you believe that you qualify for a refund, please contact the customer service of the store you have purchased the product from.
Please kindly note the following information before requesting a refund:
- The shipping fee is NOT included in the refund amount;
- For the offline purchases it is required to present the original receipt;
- The refund policy and the processing period may vary depending on where you bought the item.
